Service is generally understood to be support provided to the customer. At SMB-DAVID, however, we have found a better interpretation of it: For us, service means asking, knowing, discussing, suggesting, implementing – and at the end asking once again whether all the targets have really been met.
A current buzzword for this understanding of customer relations would probably be coaching – meaning having the expertise to develop consulting and training concepts for shaping and implementing commercial goals. We are happy to let our service be judged according to this yardstick.
